BASIC FUNCTION

The Entitlement and Development Project coordinator will manage multiple key projects in various stages of the commercial real estate development process. Project coordinator responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, and within scope. The Project coordinator will aid in all aspects of each project including, entitlements, permitting, zoning, and construction documents, as well as establishing deadlines, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of each project.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordination of applications, documents, and processing fees.

· Maintain electronic filling and schedule of all projects.

· Will ensure a smooth transition to a Project Manager for the commencement of construction and pulling of building permits.

· Plan submission for master plans, field plan changes and redline responses to City and County through agency approval.

· Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project.

· Plans, schedules, and controls project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy company requirements.

· Directly responsible to participate in effective project meetings, manages, and adapts to change and conflict, and ensures projects are completed within established scope and schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technology environments.

Effective time management and logical decision-making ability

Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and with excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Innovative thinker, who actively seeks opportunities to improve performance and proposes solutions.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Are legally eligible to work in the United States.
