Job Description:
Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for leading small to medium size projects and for assisting with the maintenance of the POPP project portfolio. The Project Manager is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline, and status. They develop close partnerships internally and externally to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of the POPP organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Manage small to medium size projects, and be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and timely completion of said projects
  • Assist with the management of large projects; including resource planning, detailed project plans and scheduling, client communication, asset coordination, internal team management, deliverables review and presentation, launch coordination and ongoing client relationship management
  • Assist in planning and conducting of preliminary studies of potential software solutions, under the guidance of the Sr BA/PM and other stakeholders
  • Generate and maintain business processes documentation across POPP divisions
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Minimum 3 years experience of business analysis and project management
  • Strong analytical and business discovery skills
  • Strong documentation skills (process documentation, narratives, flows, diagrams, wireframes, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to understand the broad range of needs and various support requirements for delivering exemplary customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats as well as to create and maintain positive, productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to operate independently and set priorities amongst multiple task assignments
  • Relevant business process analysis and/or project management training and experience
