About the Role

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will help us hire and manage talent, and keeping the project on schedule as they create a finished website and app for a grocery startup.

Responsibilities

• Scope: Website, App, POS modifications, SNAP + FNS Modifications

• Create Roadmap to features they need and workable timeline

• Identify qualified talent for us to work with based on their needs and desired aesthetic

• Meet with founder to understand needs and desired outcomes clearly

• Create solutions to the “questions marks” in their plan

• Manage talent to deliver desired outcomes within budget, on time

• Take ownership of project in heartfelt way & motivate others

• Explore existing out of the box solutions

• Review desired features across site, POS, and app and clearly define deliverables for all team members

• Keep founder abreast of progress weekly
