Summary: Following the Senior Director, Solutions & Project Manager Organizations (Solutions & PMO), the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure execution of projects. The Project Manager will ensure on-time delivery while meeting scope and budget requirements.

- Collaborates and organized internal and external partners to ensure execution of projects
- Ensures adherence to project budgets to meet profitability needs
- Oversees end-to-end project management while following lifecycle processes
- Created and executed project schedules and critical path analysis
- Effectively communicated with internal and external project members and Senior Leadership
- Conducts project risk analysis to elevate project profitability and minimize project risks
- Prepares routine reports for Senior Leadership to provide status updates on projects
- Reports changes in project scopes, schedules, and costs and implements corrective action plan
- Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, and Solutions team on proposals, RFIs, and RFQs to provide input on scheduling and project approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, required
- Project Management Professional certification, preferred
- Product Quality Management certification, preferred
- Scum Master certification, preferred
- ITIL certification, preferred
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in a technical environment, required
- Working knowledge of high voltage monitoring equipment, preferred
- Prior experience in utilities, commercial electrical, or data centers, preferred
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and MS Project, required
- Strong communication, both written and spoken, required
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, required
