Position: Project Manager - Surface Pressure Control Applications

Job Description: Established Wellhead and Surface Pressure Company seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager with proven performance finding, developing, Selling and Delivering on multi-phase projects. Customers are in established markets with occasional travel to other Company Branches and Customer sites in order to fully support Business Development and project life cycle.

PayRange: Negotiable, based on experience

Prospecting and Lead Development

  • Attend Industry Trade Conferences to advance industry knowledge and generate business relationships
  • Subscribe to and share sales opportunities found in Industry trade literature and Websites.
  • Communicate directly with existing and potential customers and channel partners on company goods and services
  • Be a technical expert (SME) and be able to effectively communicate alternatives and solutions to solve customer problems
  • Research and share Industry best practices with Customers within similar operating space.

Sales Quotations

  • Read and Interpret Drilling, Completion, Re-Completion and Project objective PROGnosis documents supplied by Customers
  • Collect, interpret and understand customer requirements for EP, Disposal, Storage and all related Pressure Control Projects
  • Develop Solutions and Alternatives to common as well as unique challenges to Wellhead Design and Installation
  • Work with Engineer / Drafting Group to develop Sales Drawings to support Sales Quotations
  • Clearly communicate all Sale Quotations, Drawings and Delivery Schedules to End Customers

Supply Quotations

  • Identify and develop relationships with Supply Partners
  • Continually monitor the state of both Import and Domestic Supply and Sales Opportunites and Quotations.
  • Gather price, leadtime and logistics associated with each Supply Partner
  • Select the best Supply Partners to match Sales Backlog, delivery schedules and Project timelines.
  • Ensure Project Based Profitability on Supply, Operations, Logistics and Installation Costs associated with Equipment.
  • Fullfillment
  • Work closely with all company departments within established processes to delivery fully to end customer
  • Ensure timely matching of supply with demands to meet On-Time-Delivery dates from the customer
  • Be present and engaged in the overall QUALITY of Raw Materials as well as finished, tested assemblies
  • Account for and track all Change Orders to booked sales orders.
  • Account for and properly manage all related supporting documentations
  • Provide accurate and timely planning information to both Production and Field Service Teams
  • Work with both A/R and AP groups to complete all related transactions associated with managed projects.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a field or technical Project Management Role with a distributed Supply Chain.
  • Preferred Experience in the Energy Industry or experience with Sales and Service Operations
