Project Manager Job at Irwin Contracting Inc.
Long Island General Contracting seeking full time employee to join team as a project manager. The Project Manager will be responsibe for preparing and managing construction projects from start to completion.
Duties to include:
- Reviewing plans and specs
- Contracting with subs and suppliers / Creating Purchase Orders
- Creating/maintaining/updating project schedules
- Corresponding with Owners, Architects, Construction Managers, and Field Staff as necessary
- Creating RFI's and Change Orders as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-5 years project management experience
- Entry level considered with Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Managerment
- Ability to track project schedule & job performance to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Strong follow-up skills
- Strong email and typing skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $119,350.75 per year
