We're seeking a strong and creative Program Manager that would be responsible for delivery and overall engagement with one of the peers within the top tier insurance company account.

Responsibilities

Delivery manager role is required on client premises in Schaumburg, IL to support business expansion. It involves managing engagement with different unrelated groups of stakeholders, team management, and extending support to other regions across the globe within Cross Industry Solutions LOB.

Skills

Must have

• Active position, able to self-manage and follow-up multiple activities with different corporate functions
• Project Management experience of 10+ years.
• Should have experience in managing multiple teams of 20 to 25 people
• Have an experience in defining the process for executing a small to medium projects
• Experience in effort, cost estimation, resource loading and calculation of gross margin
• Should have experience with SOW & billing
• Should have handled a distributed team at onsite and offshore
• Experience in team formation from the initial phase of the project
• Should have experience in people management, motivation monitoring, talent development
• Experience in identifying risk, risk management, stakeholders' management o Reporting the program/project status to internal and external stakeholders
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Have experience in creating the project plan using Microsoft Project

Nice to have

• Have experience in executing the Fixed Price and T&M projects
• Interaction with other regions or different locations in providing support in terms of providing the skill set availability, staffing, hiring process, conducting interviews and rate card creation
• Should have experience in delivering Digital Transformation projects such as with any Content Management System/Data Analytics area in any of the domains such as Insurance, HealthCare & Life Sciences
