Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of business unit direction, functions, products and services End to End Project Management exposure
  • Exposure to handling big budget projects (> than 1M) with multiple teams, vendors and geos.
  • Experience in Project Financial management (Estimation, Project Spend, Burn rate, Budget Management)
  • Ability to deliver large-scale application development, systems integration, infrastructure projects
  • Presents ideas clearly, manage the integration of new technologies, and influence individuals across business boundaries to achieve objective
  • Sound knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in Waterfall methodology (mandatory) and/or Agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong presentation skills geared to audience
  • Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships to attain collaborative solutions
  • Identify and manage resources and costs to the plan
  • Ensure that the necessary business, technical and subject matter skills are included within the project team and utilized appropriately
  • Working knowledge of systems development and technical environments
  • Proven coaching, motivation and staff development skills
  • Awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
  • Ability to partner and collaborate for win-win solutions
  • Effective influence and negotiation skills
  • Effectively utilize multi-media technology for engaging virtual teams
  • Ability to maintain a balance of confidence and approachability
