Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of business unit direction, functions, products and services End to End Project Management exposure
- Exposure to handling big budget projects (> than 1M) with multiple teams, vendors and geos.
- Experience in Project Financial management (Estimation, Project Spend, Burn rate, Budget Management)
- Ability to deliver large-scale application development, systems integration, infrastructure projects
- Presents ideas clearly, manage the integration of new technologies, and influence individuals across business boundaries to achieve objective
- Sound knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in Waterfall methodology (mandatory) and/or Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong presentation skills geared to audience
- Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships to attain collaborative solutions
- Identify and manage resources and costs to the plan
- Ensure that the necessary business, technical and subject matter skills are included within the project team and utilized appropriately
- Working knowledge of systems development and technical environments
- Proven coaching, motivation and staff development skills
- Awareness and understanding of cultural diversity
- Ability to partner and collaborate for win-win solutions
- Effective influence and negotiation skills
- Effectively utilize multi-media technology for engaging virtual teams
- Ability to maintain a balance of confidence and approachability
