About the position...

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential and commercial construction projects to include scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resource management.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning through construction and turnover.
• Develop project schedules, distribute to stakeholders, and manage as necessary to meet key milestones.
• Schedule and attend regular site visits to ensure safety, scope, and schedule compliance.
• Work with estimators, buyers, designers, and other project support to formulate estimates for business and project planning.
• Produce accurate quantity takeoffs from plans using takeoff software.
• Preliminary matching of invoices to Purchase Orders and apply proper cost codes to Field Purchase Order invoices.

What we are looking for from you...

• 5-10 years of commercial and residential construction project management experience is required.
• A strong understanding of modern construction methods and means is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Outlook is required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans is required.
• Experience with ground-up construction.
• Experience with construction management, estimating, and takeoff software is preferred.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
