Remote and up to 40% travel required.

Overview

Reporting to the Director of On-Site Programs the Project Manager is responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific onsite projects for Mobile Health. Ensuring their projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, and contractual satisfaction requirements with the end goal of delivering a quality experience for the client and communities served.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Direct all project activities including preparing the team for change management, ensuring timely on-budget completion of project deliverables to meet the client scope of work (SOW) and quality requirements, all according to company, federal, state, and CDC principles and guidelines.
  • Review and thoroughly understand contract documents for the assigned project including but not limited to request for proposal (RFP) project scopes of work (sow), contract, subcontractor scopes of work, etc.
  • Create and manage project budgets and maximize profitability.
  • Create and manage comprehensive work breakdown structure, team needs and project schedule using a project management tool (Asana, Monday.com, etc.) and coordinate/verify appropriate resources and schedule for all required project tasks.
  • Facilitate internal kick-off meetings that include key participants from recruiting/staffing team, onsite clinical operations, inventory team, product management, finance, or third-party resources as needed.
  • Facilitate external project kick-off meetings with all necessary external stakeholders as well as applicable internal resources (as required).
  • Act as the point of contact for all internal and external project communication and documentation for the project by keeping accurate files and records of project status and activities.
  • Respond to communications from clients regarding problems or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Loop in legal, finance, product, clinical when needed.
  • Provide weekly (or as needed) project progress reports to the Director of On-Site Programs and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Raise any issue to the Director of On-Site Programs for proper escalation.
  • Acquire daily onsite progress reports from team leads, RN Managers, and/or field managers and respond to needs identified.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team in the ordering, shipping, delivering of medical, tech, and other equipment for the project after gaining management approval.
  • Manage all project (equipment, labor, miscellaneous, etc.) expenditures based on project budget throughout the project lifecycle, identify problem areas, spearhead resolution, and communicate any issues impacting profitability to management.
  • Raise awareness to management regarding potential/unanticipated costs that will affect Mobile Health financially.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all clinical and administrative staff training with the clinical and training team.
  • Coordinate corporate and onsite travel needs including flights, hotels, rental cars, Ubers, etc.
  • Manage and verify the quality of work performed by internal and/or subcontracted resources.
  • Manage and communicate platform/app needs to the product team. Verify once deployed.
  • Be available for project team questions/coordination based on the specific project working hours/timeline.
  • Travel as needed to onsite project locations on initial launch date or thereafter.
  • Ensure all closeout documentation is created and stored in the proper location for service and/or future office reference.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients with direct interaction with a focus on improving clients' perception of on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness, problem-solving, and service.
  • Drive project results to satisfy client requirements to obtain Mobile Health Net Promoter Score goals.

Experience & Education

  • Creatively problem solve and analyze complex problems and generate solutions.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources for successful project results.
  • Understand all revenue, cost, and margin aspects of project management.
  • Communicate and interact with internal employees, clients, and colleagues in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner through in both verbal and written form.
  • Troubleshoot and solve project-related issues.
  • Understand and maintain project budgets.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate and apply time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Understand specific project system functionality and installation processes and techniques.
  • Accurately read and comprehend contractual, clinical, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Hold and maintain a valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets standards.
  • Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing onsite projects
  • Experience working in healthcare preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Technologically savvy.
  • 4-year degree preferred. Relevant work experience considered.
  • 40% travel required.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year (plus bonus)
