Project Scheduler (Entry Level)

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for collection and evaluation of data required to prepare, update, and monitor industrial construction project schedules through the application of scheduling systems, techniques, and procedures.

• Ensure Implementation and effectiveness of Project Schedule
• Training on the companies scheduling software – Primavera P6.
• Data entry of project schedule data.
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with project staff.
• Contribute to the development of working schedules, which sufficiently illustrate the sequence of work activities and contract time.
• Incorporate Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules as required.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in creating short-term schedules, monitor such schedules to determine impact on master schedule, and help in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems.
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Construction management or similar.
• Working Knowledge on Primavera P6 required.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills and learn engineering software by watching video courses and engaging in self-directed learning.
• Ability to read and understand designs and drawings.
• Ability to solve open-ended problems with minimal guidance or external motivation.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Unique skills and talents will be considered.
• Entry-Level Position.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay with benefits and weekly per diem.
