JOB TITLE: Properties Assistant
SALARY RANGE: $25/hour plus ability to receive tips
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA & Healdsburg, CA
MANAGER: Owner’s Executive Assistant
The primary function of this role is to assist in the care, stocking and upkeep of the Nokomis, a yacht docked in the SF Bay (outside of Oracle Park) as well as the Villa Vannucci property in Healdsburg, CA. This is a part time hourly role that requires flexibility in hours.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Boat Responsibilities
- Ensure that the boat is properly stocked before each trip. This may include both grocery shopping or placing orders as necessary
- Set up and clean up before and after each boat trip
- Attend every boat trip to ensure everything is running smoothly. *may be up to three trips per week during the high season
- Assist captain with any miscellaneous responsibilities he may need help with
Villa Vannucci Responsibilities
- Interface with house keeper to assure timely cleaning of the Villa and cottages
- Interface with pool service/repair provider
- Deliver produce to Vin Antico restaurant
- Stock food items, as needed
- Facilitate valet parking for large events
- Interface with other service providers (caterers, delivery people, well repair, water filtration system, AT&T, I.T., builders etc)
- Service appliances - clean/change filters, clean condensers, igniters, ink cartridges, radiant floor heat, furnace, outdoor heaters, barbecues etc. Purchase new and or parts, as needed
- Replace any broken or missing house supplies
- Occasionally run errands for house owner at request of Property Manager
Required Skills:
- Ability to coordinate & schedule with vendors & cleaners
- Ability to problem solve
- Knowledge and execution of basic home maintenance
- Customer service skills when interacting with guests
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
