Evaluation to hire
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate homes and apartments, repair mechanical systems
- Identify maintenance concerns: reporting and address them
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (light bulb changes, fixtures, switches, plugs, etc.)
- Maintain electrical heating and plumbing systems
- Inspect/replace smoke/carbon dioxide detectors
- Prevent pest intrusions
- Educate tenants on mold preventions
- Submit reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of property maintenance experience
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general ventilation systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes
- Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
