Responsibilities:

• Construction job-site clean up
• Maintenance and repair of properties and grounds
• Material delivery, and various other tasks related to property maintenance

Job requirements

• Attention to detail, reliability, team player, good communication skills, and able to prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Should be located in Evansville or the surrounding area
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
