What You’ll Do:
As a Property Management Software Systems Specialist, you’ll provide expert support and guidance to Coastal Ridge’s associates in the areas of property management software and systems throughout the organization. Utilizing remote support techniques and a strong knowledge/skill set, the Property Management Software Systems Specialist will provide solutions and troubleshoot Entrata product challenges and assist with other technology and program related items for our entire organization.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to recommend and implement changes that optimize Coastal Ridge’s use of Entrata.
  • Assist in policy/procedure development for departmental and company efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations for training opportunities and identify knowledge gaps based on Help Desk tickets fielded to reduce number of overall tickets submitted.
  • Provide technical phone support for internal end users on a variety of hardware and software problems including Entrata and other property management systems.
  • Set up and cancel user accounts and provide assistance with password resets.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer support for site level and corporate staff with Entrata products and integrated systems/products.
  • Field and maintain Help Desk tracking system/tickets; input problem descriptions, assist with maintenance and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain and document system procedures and processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of Entrata Student and Conventional admin functionality at scale.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and investigation/research skills.
  • Discretion to handle highly confidential information/material.
  • Strategic prioritization of multiple requests in a high demand environment.
  • At least 2+ years of experience with Property Management Software products required.
  • Combination of both corporate and site level property management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with providing product support for Microsoft Office, Windows and MAC OS.
