Donaldson is looking for a full time Property Manager for a residential apartment community located in Upper Marlboro, MD (The Woods of Marlton). A minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training in residential property management is required. Applicant must have the ability to maintain property standards, maintain the property budget, supervise the office/leasing team and oversee the maintenance department.
Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leasing skills and being a team leader are required. Computer literacy is essential. General accounting and marketing experience are preferred.
