UCH is a Philadelphia-based Property Management Company that buys, renovates, maintains, and manages real estate for long-term investment. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space in the Greater Philadelphia region.

We are seeking a motivated, professional Property Manager to work at our fast-paced Main Line Commercial and Residential Buildings in Bala-Cynwyd. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented.

The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is to be the leader of their property. The Property Manager accomplishes this by overseeing the physical integrity of the building, resident and employee satisfaction, and exercising good judgment under pressure. Prior experience in Property Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management is a must!

  • Manage and support all day-to-day operations of the property
  • Maintain occupancy levels desired by management company
  • Manage AMSI: Work Orders, Traffic Reports, Lease administration
  • Payroll
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to include but not limited to turnovers,
  • Planning and scheduling, contractor oversight, alerting Regional Manager of future projects
  • Oversee Brokers
  • Manage Commercial Lease Renewals
  • NTV walk-throughs
  • Implement new and uphold current preventive maintenance programs
  • Improve Resident satisfaction and retention
  • Review and approve all facility invoices
  • Policy and Procedure implementation
  • Physically walks and inspects property on a regular basis
  • Maintain awareness of local market trends and conditions
  • Snow and ice removal oversight
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle
  • Technically proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and other computer / software systems
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked including weekend availability
  • Leasing and sales experience
