We are looking for a Property Manager to lead operations and at Merced de las Animas, a 50-unit affordable family property in Durango, CO.
The Property Manager will provide leadership to staff, direct building operations, provide customer service, build resident relations, manage property budget, collect rent, do leasing, and guide maintenance priorities. If you have experience in property management, customer service and enjoy working with people, we want to speak with you!
We are also offering a SIGN ON BONUS. This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
PAY: $23.37-29.18/hour + SIGN ON BONUS up to $3,000 for highly qualified candidates

Minimum Qualifications of Position

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
• Experience being accountable for financials.

Knowledge and Skills

• Comprehend and communicate in the English language both orally and in writing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Experience
