THEREFORE, IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL LIVE IN A LOCATION CENTRALLY LOCATED TO THESE PROPERTIES BUT STILL COMMUTABLE TO FALMOUTH ONCE PER WEEK.

Our clients include Condominium Associations, Affordable Housing Complexes, Multi-Family Housing, Commercial and Single-Family Homes.

We are looking for a property manager to join our Condominium Management team.

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge/skills or will be willing to learn:

• Reading and understanding financial statements
• Interacting with Association Boards and residents
• Preparing and meeting annual budgets.
• Negotiating and securing bids from contractors
• Providing oversight of projects
• Drafting and distributing correspondence to clients
• Overseeing routine and preventative maintenance programs
• Attending periodic board meeting on evening/weekends
• Knowledge of the Maine Condominium Act.
• Be fluent in all Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel
• Outstanding organization, decision making and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to work both independently and on a team
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
