General Job Description: Each stager is assigned a “zone” of properties to oversee/maintain and assist in preparing them for rental ready status. Properties will rotate each week to ensure additional upkeep is taking place at all properties listed in a zone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Detail the property to ensure the best guest experience. This will include such tasks as:
- Checking the dishwasher, washer, and dryer are empty.
- Check drawers, under cushions, beds, and furniture for trash and lost and found items.
- Give the property a thorough dusting.
- Organize closets so they can be used by guests.
- Check items that need to be replaced: light bulbs, shower liners, mattress pads, pillows, blankets, and hangers. Report replaced items to be billed.
- Roll trash cans to the street.
- Report maintenance issues.
- Make sure the property is secure.
