Job Duties:
The Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments effectively and efficiently with supervision.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a psychiatric facility setting.
- Perform patient interviews to identify needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Provide a safe, comfortable and therapeutic patient environment.
- Document the patient’s plan of care.
- Identify and prioritize actions based on patient care requirements.
- Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the hospital policies and patient care outcome standard
- Patient and family education.
- Revise the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in the medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.

Pay:
- Local pay weekly on 40 hours: $2,800
- Travel pay weekly on 40 hours: $3,000
- Weekly Direct Deposit
Schedule:
- 5 days - 8-hour shifts.
- 3p-11p.
- 40 hours weekly.
