Psychiatrist Job at RICBT

RICBT East Providence, RI 02914

Job Summary

As an outpatient psychiatrist at RICBT, you collaborate with colleagues determined to make meaningful and measurable differences in people’s lives. You conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and make treatment and medication recommendations. You may also choose to provide psychotherapy to patients during your meetings with them. If you would like to participate in providing TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), we would be delighted to discuss the opportunities. Forming excellent provider-patient alliances is central to your work. You are there for patients when they are most symptomatic and you support them through many different phases of life.

RICBT surrounds you with incredible colleagues who practice from an academic perspective - incorporating the best of the scientific literature when determining how to help patients. Your colleagues speak in a clear and empathic way about mental health issues and try to go the extra mile for patients. Our culture is both down-to-earth and inspirational; you will want to keep learning and improving as a clinician when you hear your teammates sharing their creative, thoughtful, and informed work with patients.

You can add your expertise to our mix and contribute to the programs we offer children, teens, and adults to help many different psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. If you are passionate about developing as a clinician and psychiatric prescriber, you will thrive as part of our team.
