Psychotherapist or Clinical Trainee - $6000 Retention Bonus!!

This position is eligible for a $6000 retention bonus ($2500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)


Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications:

Clinical Trainee
$56,507.44 - $79,110.41

Fully Licensed
$62,158.18 - $93,237.27

This area has been designated as a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area (MHPSA). Employees who primarily work in an MHPSA will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above).

Position Summary

This clinical position is responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments and providing ongoing individual and/or group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families.

Hybrid work solution (providing in office and telehealth): Professional staff may set approved work location schedules that may include remote and in-office work.

Qualifications


  • Licensed Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee is required (must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure).

Licensure Supervision is provided.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
