NOTICE OF OPEN POSITION

Blackjack Dealer

DEPARTMENT: Blackjack

REPORTS TO: Blackjack Pit Supervisor

POSITION STATUS: Part-time

QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

Responsible for all aspects of dealing various games that include Blackjack, Carnival games, Craps, and Roulette; while providing friendly and professional service to each guest.

Responsible for maintaining the ambiance, integrity and productivity of their table and taking an active part for the same in the Blackjack Pit.

Deal and conduct the game in accordance with departmental rules and procedures.

Be able to handle cash and chip transaction accurately and efficiently

Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Performs other related duties as required.

Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time.

Must pass a math test.

Must be able to lift in excess to 50 pounds and push or pull 100.

Must be able to obtain and maintain State/Tribal License (including extensive background check).

Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Must be 21 or older.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Attended or completed an accredited dealer school and /or previous dealing experience working in a casino is preferred.

INDIAN PREFERENCE:

Preference will be given to qualified applicants who are members of federally recognized Indian tribes. To be considered for Indian Preference, you must submit your Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) with your application.
