The Enterprise Products team is seeking an experienced QA Engineering Lead to test and assess product quality for our portfolio of products. As a QA Engineering Lead, you will help shape the future of how we enable productivity at scale across Meta’s employees. You will enjoy solving quality challenges for products built with cutting edge technologies and manage complex programs that require influencing engineering. You will define test strategies, ensure product correctness for launches, and improve testing efficiency at scale. An ideal candidate will have a background in a technical field with strong test engineering experience, a passion for quality and a strong working knowledge of an Enterprise Engineering organization.

- Plan, develop and execute product quality strategies for Facebook’s portfolio of enterprise products
- Develop test strategies for business critical projects to ensure product correctness before launch
- Spearhead initiatives that influences engineering organizations to build a quality-driven culture
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of products
- Lead the improvement and implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tooling to meet quality coverage needs for products
- Define and implement QA processes to optimize and scale testing within the product
- Drive the adoption of quality metrics that help measure test effectiveness, efficiency, and overall quality of product
- Assess non-functional (e.g. i18n, l10n, a11y) product quality in collaboration with other quality focused teams and provide key insights to product teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of quality Engineering and/or test engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with planning, designing, executing tests and knowledge of performance and stress testing
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality test automation for both mobile and web applications
- Experience managing black box testing with remote testers
- Experience in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent coding language
- Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks
- Understanding of the role that data and metrics play in the quality space

- Experience with QA process and methodologies
- Experience working across multiple cross functional engineering teams globally
- Experience being creative and having initiative to improve product quality coverage and effectiveness
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Experience thriving in an ambiguous environment that demands constant self-prioritization
- Experience in project management approaches, tools and phases of a project life cycle
