QA Tech 1st Shift Job at Alacriant, Inc.
A local Streetsboro manufacturing facility is seeking a QC Tech for full-time stable employment on the 1st Shift
Up to $25/hr w/exp. + 1000 Sign-On Bonus + Day 1 Medical Benefits

Responsible for executing the Quality Assurance functions of the division, including but not limited to Quality policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance of customer specifications. Promote positive relations with the production staff to enhance the Quality culture and awareness.
- Understand the nonconforming material control, control of QMS documents, control of QMS records, internal audit, and corrective and preventative action procedures
- Maintenance of the MRB areas including the initiation of disposition of materials within the (MRB) material review board process
- Thorough knowledge of Nonconforming Materials forms and work instructions
- Thorough knowledge of Corrective and Preventative Measure reports (8D)
- Good understanding of the ISO requirements and related QMS processes
- Generation of PPAP ISIR and FAI layouts
- Assist production with print interpretation and gauging when needed
- Operation of CMM, Faro Arm, Virtek, or any other Quality Instruments
- Perform floor inspection, shipping & receiving, source and final inspections with maintenance of records and logs.
- Perform internal audits of QMS under the direction of a lead auditor.
- Participate in determining root cause of defects and assists in the Corrective/Preventative Process.
- Place HOLD tags on product they determine to be suspect
- Basic GD & T knowledge
- Complete receiving inspection of product

Education:
A High School Degree or equivalent (combination of experience and education)
