Primary Duties
- Coordinate collection of paperwork from Case Managers, participants, and host agencies including client expenditure sheets and monthly updates; maintain physical files.
- Maintain both agency database and federal government databases alike ensuring consistency with files and databases.
- Maintain knowledge of grant requirements and functions.
- Enter data into the database for new enrollments, exits, and changes of information including current client participation status, and change in legal status.
- Upkeep participant roster on a weekly basis. Generate grantee status reports and ensure no errors are current. Run weekly reports from JTP database as necessary, including weekly and monthly reports as required to ensure accuracy.
- Create and send letters to other mass communication to participants and hist agencies as needed, including special correspondence using mail merge from letters.
- Use computer to develop letters, spreadsheets, or any other documents for management staff.
- Observe confidentiality with all staff and participant information.
- Assist Director and/or executive staff with support/clerical duties, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Located in St. Louis, MO Northwest Plaza (NWPA)
Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma, ability to work effectively with high volume of customers on the phone and in person, excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel.
