Resource Innovations is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our growing team. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor with Resource Innovations, you will work primarily with internal representatives and supervisors, providing quality results, identifying trends, and proposing process improvement ideas. Duties and Responsibilities

• Quality monitor multiple programs and customer channels (Calls, chat, email etc…)
• Identify opportunities in an individuals quality and coach accordingly
• Communicate feedback in an effective and positive manner
• Identify and communicate trends using system reports
• Communicate effectively with all levels
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year quality monitoring experience
• Effective coaching skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to focus on specific tasks and avoid distractions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft tools
• Self-motivated and exceptional follow-through skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to pass a criminal and background screening

The compensation range for this non-exempt position is $20.67-$26.92 per hour. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. Compensation may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, especially with industry experience.
