Excel Temporary Service is recruiting for a Quality Control Technician in Pacific, MO
The Production Quality Control Technician is responsible to complete the required quality checks throughout the production process, according to the prescribed frequency. Additionally, this position will bear responsibility for some training, administrative work and driving improvements/change.
· Perform all required SPC line checks in production
· Ensure Work Order instructions are being followed, including use of correct components and correct coding
· Create COA’s as needed or as requested
· Follow the HOLD/Rework process for any non-conforming product, including appropriate SAP transactions
· Inspect rework processes and rework product to ensure conformity to customer expectations
· Assist Quality department in implementing good quality practices, processes, and procedures
· Troubleshoot quality-related issues during the production process
· Strong team player who demonstrates ability to promote a positive team environment
