POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary goal of the Quality Process Coordinator is to provide support to TEAL Boiler Technicians in the field and to monitor all boiler sites utilizing TEAL’s proprietary monitoring software.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITES: :

• Create and maintain accurate records of boiler maintenance/service
• Respond swiftly to boiler site issues by troubleshooting and ultimately coordinating boiler technicians
• Receive and respond to incoming inquiries from property management staff pertaining to TEAL systems
• Advocate for high quality execution of preventative maintenance of TEAL boiler sites
• Maintain TEAL preventative maintenance schedules for all boiler sites
• Pro-actively contribute to boiler process improvements
• Prepare boiler site documents for boiler inspections and coordinate boiler site startups
• Responsible for maintaining shutdown and work schedules for boiler sites and technicians
• Provide technical support to TEAL boiler technicians which include:
• Mechanical knowledge of boiler components
• Electrical knowledge of high/low voltage boiler components.

• Job will require applicant to be in the rotation for being on call, after hours support. Applicant will be required to answer after-hours phone calls and respond to after-hours boiler site issues in rotation with other TEAL operations employees
• Job will require applicant to maintain and monitor a company cell phone
• Job benefits include a company vehicle, which must be maintained by applicant and kept in good condition.
• Job will be based out of Missouri City office with a little bit of travel to local job sites

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ Years of Boiler Experience
• 5+ Years of Plumbing Experience
• Knowledgeable on Raypak boilers
• Multi-family housing maintenance is a bonus
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management abilities
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Mechanical aptitude with tools and piping
• Electrical Knowledge of low and high voltage systems
