- You will have complete managerial control of a 2 bay Castrol Premium Lube Express shop.

Job duties include:
Training, hiring, and team building. Scheduling, inventory, and labor management. Customer service,and retention, Troubleshooting, resolving customer concerns, and quality control.
Checking air filters, cabin air filters, tire pressure, wiper blades, change oil and filter in under 10 minutes. Make oil recommendations that meet the vehicle specifications. Identify and inform customers of leaks, damage, or services that may require immediate attention before their next visit. Teamwork and maintaining a clean well organized shop/work space for our customers to enjoy!
A comprehensive knowledge of all current and older model vehicles may be required in order to professionally explain the maintenance needs of every type of vehicle to the customer.
