St. Croix Health is currently seeking a full time staff radiologic technologist. This position will work 10 days per pay period with mostly daytime hours, occasional evening hours and a weekend and holiday rotation. The primary work location is St Croix Falls, WI but will include occasional shifts in our community clinic locations in Webster, Frederic, Balsam Lake and Lindstrom, MN.

The Radiologic Technologist provides and oversees quality diagnostic imaging and patient care services. They are responsible for efficient and effective operation of the assigned activities as well as assisting lead technologists with execution of the daily operation of the Diagnostic Imaging department. Cross training for CT is required and available for other modalities as the need arises.

The Imaging Department at St. Croix Health consists of approximately 40 staff and performs over 50,000 studies a year. Plans for a new campus to open in late 2025 are underway! Education & Licensure:

• Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (R.T. ARRT)
• Post-primary certification required (preferably in area of responsibility)
• Additional certifications a plus
• Current WI Radiographer license

Experience:

• Experience with OR, radiographic, and fluoroscopic procedures preferred
• CT or Mammo experience preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of radiographic procedures required
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Able to contribute to small group projects
• Work under general directions with little supervision
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions stated in medical and radiologic terms
• Use time efficiently maintaining department cleanliness and order
