Caring Connections for Special Needs (CCSN) is a family run organization providing respite and support services to children with behavioral health and special needs.

RBT pay range begins at $17/hour and increases based upon education and experience.

RBT Mentor-

Overview of Role and Responsibilities:

• Provides structured respite services- working with children in a fun environment and engaging them in structured activities which enhance their growth and development
• Provides individual and group skill building, such as anger management, improving coping skills, building social skills and other needed areas of focus
• Provides families with information and referral assistance
• Provides education and guidance to families to assist them in learning positive ways to interact and manage behaviors
• Drives company vehicle as assigned or needed

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Must maintain current/valid/restriction free Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must have a current certification in Child/Infant CPR/First Aid or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the assigned work setting

• *This position requires availability to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.

Preferred qualifications:

• Personal or lived experience
• At least one year of experience in Behavioral Health or related field
