What You'll Do:

  • Empower office staff to empathically meet the needs of the patients by providing them exceptional customer service with their claims process.
  • Celebrate accomplishments upon review of patient stat reviews and develop action plans when needed
  • Provide a helpful working environment to current and new advocates
  • Encourage the understanding around the revenue claim cycle, objectives, results, and processes with office staff
  • Support continuous development to assist the office staff in pursuing their daily goals
  • Make quick, confident decisions and re-evaluate as new information comes in
  • Follow company, state, and federal compliance rules and regulations while ensuring compliance across offices
  • Address training needs in offices and provide coaching and mentoring continuously
  • Problem solving and contributing to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions
  • Calibrate and partner with other advocates within the organization to drive results and move claims to closure
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of environments - independently, within a team, face-to-face, and virtually
  • In our virtual environment, employees are required to engage and participate on camera during online meetings and trainings.

This position is in-office, based out of our corporate location in Carrollton.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
