The Cotilla Beresh Gerow Luxury Team is in need of high energy, positive results-driven Sociak Media Manager (Remote) to manage and execute the team's marketing plan, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated. This position is fully remote.

This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others virtually as well as on their own, in a fast-paced environment. This position will be an integral part of the team and will report to the owners of the company.

Compensation:

• Salary Range is: $40,000-$50,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Connect with social media influencers in our industry and pinpoint new media opportunities
• Report monthly statistics for our website using Google Analytics and social media traffic and engagement
• Work with the social media manager to establish our brand’s online identity
• Design a multi-channel online marketing strategy for our social media accounts with well-written, on-brand content

• Deep knowledge of current industry trends across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a digital marketer or social media strategist
• Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a strong work ethic
• Has experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
