Ohio Taxidermy Supply is a family owned business consisting of around 26 Co-Workers. We have been in business for 14 years. A couple years ago we moved from a 10,000 square foot facility to a 52,000 square foot facility. In that time our new building is already full and were making plans for additions. What is the Job

A three team assembly working with molds. Breaking molds apart (nuts and bolts), cleaning and prepping molds, putting molds back together (nuts and bolts) filling molds with foam.

Form Department RIM 1 & 3 ($20.00- $23.00)

Shifts Available: 3rd (7:00pm - 5:30am)

Form Department RIM 2 ($19.00 - $22.00)

Shifts Available: 3rd (7:00pm - 5:30am)

Job Requirements:

• Must have a good attitude, our company is built on each other, having a positive attitude in the workplace is a necessity.
• Must have ambition, with the growth we continue to experience, we need hungry purpose driven people to help everyone at OTS continue to thrive.
• Employee Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs. comfortably and unassisted.
• Employee must have good attendance

Experience:

• Employee does not need any prior experience, never made a taxidermy mannequin before? No worries well teach you, honestly we would be shocked if you did have experience!

We are a drug free company and all employees are required to pass drug testing upon hiring

Paid Time off (Upon passing your initial 90 days)

• Employees Receive 20 hours of paid Personal time upon passing their initial 90 days and is renewed each year on their hire date
• Employees receive 20 hours of paid Sick time upon passing their initial 90 days and is renewed each year on their hire date
• Employees after 1 Year of continuous employment receive 1 week (40 hours) paid vacation.
• 3 years employees receive 2 weeks paid vacation
• 8 years receive 3 weeks paid vacation
• 16 years 4 weeks paid vacation
• Holidays Paid
• Half Day's prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years where we hold company parties and Cater meals/ go out to eat, but pay the full days wage.
• 2 to 3 company outings, usually always held on a Friday where we go on trips to do activities, generally River Trip, Golf outing, Bowling, and Fishing. However its employee choice so that's subject to change. A couple years we did a Cedar point trip as well

Yearly Bonuses

• Generally before Black friday our company will do our Christmas Bonus, ensuring anyone has a chance to use the money to best suite them for Black Friday deals.
• Yearly bonuses are based on 4 quarterly reviews of employees overall performance and attendance.
