An Agent Support Coordinator with Phyllis Browning Company (PBC) is organized, detailed, and deeply enjoys helping our team succeed. This position is expected to provide administrative support for all PBC Agents while upholding company policies and standards. The ideal candidate should be able to manage front-desk responsibilities as well as multiple software tools while communicating effectively with agents, clients and PBC leadership. Real estate prior experience preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Train/Orient new agents on internal systems and software programs (SkySlope, Brokerage Engine, Docusign, Zipforms, MOXI and MLS).
  • Effectively prioritize job duties while remaining responsive to agent requests.
  • Order Photos, Signage, Brochures, and Marketing materials upon request.
  • Assist agents with administrative and transactional tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with all employees, agents, and external clients through verbal and electronic communication.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with external clients when setting up showing requests.
  • Assist agents in the transaction life cycle to include MLS Input, Brokerage Engine entry, MOXI and SkySlope file maintenance.
  • Initiate and facilitate requests for status changes in MLS and Brokerage Engine for PBC Agents.
  • Able to answer phones and multitask while performing front desk operations.
