Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to lead the organization
  • Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Coordinate all internal and external team meetings with appropriate preparation of materials, agenda, and documentation of meeting notes
  • Facilitate the creation of reports and/or presentations with applicable research and analysis
  • Oversee the development of procedures
  • Evaluate and assist with the prioritization of quarterly projects and priorities
  • Provide travel arrangements and event management support as requested
  • Provide hospitality to all clients and help to create a welcoming environment
  • Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally
  • Manage the growth and organization of the database for the team
  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing team members and having a system of accountability to help ensure the success of the organization
  • Highly adaptable with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Possess strong communication skills, as a reflection of the organization
  • Self-starter and solutions-oriented approach to growing both personally and professionally
  • Provide project management and time management skills to manage various projects and priorities
  • Provide a commitment to honesty, loyalty, and integrity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Experience creating demonstrable systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt to the growing needs of the industry
