Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job at Valley Vista
Valley Vista is seeking a skilled and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Bradford location. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, work diligently under pressure and collaboratively as part of a team. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
The successful candidate will have the following traits/skills:
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced office environment
- Collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Complete tasks independently
- Answer all incoming calls, greet all customers, vendors and/or guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
