Morgan Automotive Group is searching for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team at Brandon Hyundai with weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
- Assist with administrative duties which include:
o Data Entry
o Keep accurate records
Requirements:
- Ability to use Microsoft, Word and Excel
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail Oriented
- Open availability to work evenings and/or weekends
- Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
- Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
- Ability to be a Team Player
- Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
