Good Shepherd Fairview Home is looking for a personable, energetic and organized Receptionist to join our team!
Position Details
3:30pm-8:30pm Every Wednesday and every other Saturday from 3:00pm to 8:30 pm and Sunday 3:30pm to 8:30 pm. 20 hrs. / bi-weekly pay period

Position Summary
Responsible for projecting a positive and professional image of the organization.
Screen all visitors and staff
Answer 5 line phone system and forward calls to the appropriate staff and/or residents
Knowledge of stamp machine (will train), copier, windows suite (word, excel, outlook)
Sort mail and deliver to residents and staff mailboxes
May sit for long periods of time
Maintain resident phone listing and distribute to staff
Maintain resident mail forwarding list
Keep a neat working space
Position Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Reception experience preferred but not required
Organized and time management skills required
