Receptionist
The Willows at Ramapo Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a friendly and customer-service driven per diem Receptionist to join their team.
Job Description
As the first point of contact for the facility, the Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors, residents and staff. The Receptionist will answer and forward all phone calls and direct all visitors to the appropriate destinations. The Receptionist also monitors the facility front entrance making sure all visitors sign in/out and assists with front entrance screening protocol.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Greeting all guests and providing them with any necessary information.
- Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff and/or residents. Overhead paging of staff.
- Monitoring front entrance, making sure all visitors sign in/out, assisting with front entrance screening protocol.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks/projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Friendly and courteous demeanor with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Must be able to read/write/speak English
Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
Hours:
- Weekday and Weekend shifts
- Per Diem
