Receptionist/Front Desk Job at Trustee Corps
Full-time position as a Receptionist/Front Desk Specialist in a Foreclosure company. Able to manage administrative daily workload, greet all visitors and answer high volume phones.
Receptionist:
- Provide stellar customer service in a fast-paced in a foreclosure/trustee environment
- Answers phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Greets all visitors. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby.
- Monitor incoming faxes and distribute accordingly.
- Performs basic clerical functions including data entry and scanning – computer proficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain office supplies
- Ability to work as team player
- Dependable and conscientious
- 1 year minimum of front desk/receptionist/customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and a self-starter
- Meets or exceed productivity standards
- Completed daily task in compliance with established policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications : High School diploma or GED Data entry experience

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
