Kentfield Rehabilitation and Specialty Hospital
is seeking a Per Diem Receptionist to join our team!
Responsible for switchboard coverage while greeting visitors in a professional and inviting manner. Other clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree preferred.
Minimum two (2) years medical receptionist experience preferred with qualified recommendations.
Knowledge and understanding of HIPPA standards.
Knowledge of computers and computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.97 to $25.56.
