Recovery Administration Job at Summit Management Group, Inc.
The Recovery Admin position is responsible for an array of duties. This role initiates the default and recovery processes based on pre-set delinquency criteria by emailing/mailing letters, submitting to recovering drivers, and preparing spreadsheets for organizational purposes. This role is responsible for preparing & gathering data for bi-weekly meetings to review/evaluate the quantity of accounts entering the department. This position also arranges the private moves of buildings for customers while obtaining permission from landlords if applicable. Strong customer service skills are necessary for engaging in regular communication with customers in a way that reaches resolutions to resolving delinquent balances or the recovery of the property.
Tasks:
- Handle incoming recovery texts daily
- Manage recovery thread daily
- Manage recovery email daily
- Submit 30 Day Pays daily
- Pull NC Default report & submit to recovery daily
- Submit requests chatted in the cust req/surr thread for all companies daily
- Submit 1st MP Default & NSF Default for all companies on Tuesdays
- Submit regular default & partial payment default for all companies on Wednesdays
- Prep default lists for all companies to go to recovery
- and other duties as discussed at time of interview
