• Minimum 2 years of related Human Resources experience

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or hospital environment

The purpose of the Recruiter role

As a Recruiter you will provide full cycle recruitment for hospital positions by developing and implementing recruiting strategies to acquire diverse and talented candidates. You will partner and consult with leaders by providing expertise and sound advice in the areas of strategy, outreach methods and hiring decisions. You will coordinate the recruitment process including applicant review, interviewing and selection process, reference checks, wage development, job offer and coordination of pre-employment clearance and onboarding. You will assist and partner with Sr. Recruiter and Sr. Director of Human Resources to ensure compliance with all federal and state laws relating to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements.
