We are growing and looking for an experienced, full lifecycle Recruiter to join our team in Forestville, MD. The Recruiter will be primarily responsible for recruiting and onboarding of construction craft trades, project engineering, project management, and administrative personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Create recruitment advertising content for online job boards and social media sites.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing utilizing social media, networking, Boolean searches, referrals, and hiring events.
  • Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Review candidate resumes and conduct in person and phone screening of candidates.
  • Develop a talent pipeline of candidates for frequent positions.
  • Conduct orientation training, onboarding paperwork completion, and drug screening for newly hired employees.
  • Create and maintain employment files.
  • Conduct other general Human Resources duties and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and construction roles is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have experience utilizing a computer-based applicant tracking system.
  • Must be familiar with I-9 requirements and the e-verify system.
  • Must be knowledgeable of federal employment laws to include OFCCP, EEO, and ADA.
  • Must be familiar with standard recruiting techniques, social sourcing, and diversity recruiting.

Pay: $26,119.54 - $102,539.53 per year
