Glades Talent is immediately hiring a Recruiter to enter our graduate training program in Dallas, TX

The Position Reports to: Account Manager The Recruiter will work with our clients to determine needs and source candidates on their behalf. The ideal candidate will have experience using all possible mediums to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting placements. The mission for this role is to exceed clients’ recruitment expectations and to add value to their business. Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates via Linkedin
  • Attracting applicants by placing ads on various job boards
  • Sourcing & cold-calling candidates from databases
  • Conducting phone and video interviews with potential candidates
  • Building lasting relationships and maintaining rapport with viable candidates
  • Developing, driving and managing a pipeline of talent
  • Working with hiring managers to discuss needs.
  • Understanding applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Arranging interviews by coordinating schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Technical Skills:

  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • G-Suite proficiency (GMail, GChat, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Phone, Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, and other online meeting platform skills
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills

Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment a plus (willing to train the right fit with no Recruitment exp)
  • Bachelor’s degree
