Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for screening, recruiting, telephone interviewing, qualifying, and presenting high quality talent to hiring managers
- Responsible for role-related advertising via databases and social media platforms
- Review candidate applications for job fit
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to evaluate candidates, processes, and fine tune hiring efforts
- Ensure recruiting goals are achieved in a timely manner
- Create positive candidate experience through customer service, timely communication and respond effectively to candidate's needs
- Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership

- Minimum of 2 year of recruiting industry experience required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills are a must
- A high degree of professionalism in all business interactions, both internally and externally
- Social and digital recruiting savvy
- Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
