Hourly Rate: $24.50 - $28.80

High-volume recruiter that is able to manage the applicant process and maintain positive relationships with the hiring managers. Also, ensures quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, debriefs with interview panelists, and provides timely feedback to candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uses external job boards, market data, vendors, sourcing channels, and the latest technology available to build and maintain external talent pipelines. Builds strategic relationships to engage a strong, diverse pipeline of talent.
- Identifies high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors, educational institutions, and networking.
- Must be familiar with relevant Federal and State employment laws and regulations, including, but not limited to EEO and Joint Commission compliance.
- Manages candidate & employee communication from sourcing to requisition closing, to include preparing and sending all required hiring documentation, including, but not limited to, HireRight pre-employment links, vouchers for immunizations, offer letters/packages, rejection letters. Coordinate and file all new hire documentation.
- Uploads, maintains, and manages all candidate personnel files in the organization’s Virtual Filing System. Conducts weekly audits of all uploaded files to ensure 95% record completeness rate.
- Conducts initial and other interviews as requested for all suitable candidates.
- Manages the interview process to ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting. Provides a competency-based assessment and candidate recommendation to the hiring manager.
- Ability to use the UKG applicant tracking system to actively track, manage, and report on Full Life Cycle Talent Acquisition (sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, onboarding, and planning and strategy) of candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management.
- Conducts new-hire orientation and contributes to a positive onboarding experience.
- Making and monitoring job offers and emphasizing benefits and perks to customers.
METRICS
- Participates in off-site career fairs and other job seeker events on a monthly basis
- Conducts one-hour weekly social media recruiting to identify applicants and fosters a talent pipeline.
- Maintains acceptable closure rate on all job offers extended by following the organization’s standard recruiting metrics:
- minimum of 40 phone calls per day,
- screening a minimum of 25 candidates per day,
- scheduling a minimum of 10 interviews per day,
- processing a minimum of 2 offers per day,
- successfully closing a minimum of 6 requisitions per week with new MHS employees.
- Other duties and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Communication or Marketing, or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ year in full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment, including hiring talent from entry level to management.
- Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws throughout MHS territories.
- Knowledge of the theory, procedures, and practices of one or more of the fields of human resources.
- Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Basic Behavioral based interviewing experience.
- 1 year of experience with applicant tracking and HCM.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- 1 year of experience with strategic thinking, influencing, negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn about position requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, while staying organized.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Proven ability to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit, and not just sell the role.
- Strong relationship management skills; ability to coach and mentor managers.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

- Prior Healthcare or Service Industry work experience.
- Prior experience supporting a growing company.
- Prior Recruitment Marketing work experience (e.g., employer branding, job marketing, social recruiting, and candidate relationship management).
- Prior Employee recruiting experience with a staffing firm, retailer, hotels, hospitality or other fast-paced work environment.
- Experience providing multi-site HR support.
- Professional credentials from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and/or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
- Talent Acquisition Professional Credential through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
